A three-day live music festival in County Durham on Friday to Sunday 27th to 29th September.
The festival will be held at Peterlee and Horden Rugby Club with off-site camping available.
Friday Night - a modern take on the last night of the proms - line up
Saturday - a Live Aid-style re-enactment event - line up
Sunday - up and coming local bands - line up
All our food on-site will be affordably priced and we welcome everyone.

In the lead up to this year's festival we ran two smaller Smile For Val events to raise money.
Read about Val's story here. Our first event was held on the 28th July at Murton Colliery Club (The Legion) in Murton, Seaham and was a great success - thanks to all who came and supported the event. The second event was our Christmas Smile for Jol fundraising event on the 8th December at Bilton Hall Community Centre, Jarrow with local bands, tombola, Smile Bingo Boogie, licensed bar and food.

A brand new, three-day music festival for 2024 created by local people of the North East looking to support friends, families and the local music scene, with all profits going to the homeless and hospices.

A celebration of the lives we have and the ones we have lost through the power of music. We have begun curating an exciting and entertaining three days of live music from local talent to the North East, during Summer 2024.

We welcome anyone and everyone who has had a loss within their lives or wants to support those who have.

Smile Wide Together Live Music Festival looks to bring the North East's undiscovered gems into the spotlight. We are also interested in local bands, tribute acts and performing arts acts. MOUTHWATERING FOOD & DRINK*
We aim to offer delicious and affordable family-friendly food and drink from locally sourced vendors. Think festival food plus some North East delicacies that will you go, yum! We will make sure to include vegetarian and vegan options.

*You cannot bring alcohol to the event. Food, drinks and alcohol will be available to purchase at the event. Show support to your local community of vendors and the festival to keep it moving forward.
